01

The challenge

The client had won a competitive Ministry of Defence innovation challenge, securing a milestone-based government grant for an air-launched precision strike programme. The grant funded only part of a multi-year budget, and the balance had to come from private capital.

Every existing document had been written for defence evaluators. None of it answered the questions investors ask first: how large the market is, how certification risk gets retired, when production revenue arrives, and what the company is worth today.

02

What we did

Narrative

Repositioned the company as a sovereign, indigenous defence design house, with the flagship programme as proof of capability rather than the whole story.

Pitch deck

A 16-slide investor deck, sharpened through several rounds of founder and advisory-board feedback.

Valuation and projections

A valuation report and five-year financial model built from the client's own costing data, with every figure verified line by line against source.

Competitive landscape

A custom perceptual map placing the client against domestic and global defence players.

Supporting materials

An investor brief and a fund-allocation and milestone breakdown linking each rupee raised to a programme outcome.

03

The result

  • A complete, investor-ready fundraising kit, adopted by the founder and advisory board as the foundation for the ₹50 Cr round.

Engagement ongoing. Outcomes from the raise will be added as the round progresses.
